One of the things that separates Cine EU from most European IPTV providers is that we do not run multiple tiers with different amounts of content locked away. Every subscription, from the 30 day plan to the 12 month plan, includes exactly the same library. You are not paying more per month to unlock premium sport, or premium films, or premium anything else. The word premium in our pricing refers only to the 24 hour test trial, which gives you paid tier access before you subscribe. Beyond that, tiers do not exist.

The 12 month plan gives you exactly the same full library at €11.58 per month. Nothing is held back on the shorter plans. Nothing extra unlocks on the longer plans. You just save money if you commit for longer.

The two trials and when to use each

We offer two different trial routes because different customers want different things. The free standard trial is ideal if you have never used an IPTV service before and simply want to check that everything works on your device. There is no payment required. There is no card capture step. There is no expiring countdown timer that pushes you into a decision. You send us a message on WhatsApp, we activate a temporary account, and you take as long as you need to decide.

The premium 24 hour trial at €5 is different. This gives you unrestricted access to the exact paid service for a full day. It is the right choice if you specifically want to test live sport at peak evening times, or check the quality of a 4K stream on your Samsung TV, or verify that a specific channel you rely on is actually included. Because the premium trial delivers the exact production experience, we ask for a small €5 fee to cover the load it generates on our infrastructure. If you subscribe within 7 days of the premium trial, we credit the €5 back against your first month, so there is no real cost involved for anyone who ends up subscribing.

You can even use both trials in sequence if you want. Start with the free standard trial to check that our service is compatible with your Firestick or Smart TV. Then subscribe with confidence, get your €5 back as credit, and start on the plan length that suits you.

Payment options built around European customers

Because we operate as a European first service, our payment stack is built around what European customers actually use. SEPA bank transfer is our primary and preferred method. It works in every euro zone country. Modern banks in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg now process SEPA payments instantly, so activation can happen within minutes of you sending the transfer. Older banks may take up to one working day. Either way, there are no cross border transfer fees, no currency exchange charges, and no surprise deductions.

PayPal is available for customers who prefer it, and clears instantly regardless of country. Credit and debit cards through Visa and Mastercard are available on request through secure payment links. One question we get asked often is whether we accept iDEAL for our Dutch customers or Bancontact for Belgian customers. The answer is that we do not process those directly, but we can invoice you and you can pay through your bank’s own iDEAL or Bancontact system if that is more convenient than a straight SEPA. How activation actually works

The full ordering and activation flow is covered on our how it works page, but here is the short version specific to subscriptions. You choose the plan length that suits you above. You send us a WhatsApp message telling us which plan you want, plus the type of device you plan to watch on. We reply within minutes with payment details and the specific setup instructions for your device. You send us a payment screenshot once the transfer is done. We confirm receipt and send your login credentials plus the app download link or setup guide. You install the app, enter your login, and start watching.

Total time from first WhatsApp message to first channel loading is usually between 5 and 20 minutes for European customers during weekday hours. Late night orders and Sunday morning orders may take slightly longer while our team catches up, but activation still happens the same day in almost every case. If you need faster activation for a specific event, mention it in your message and we prioritise accordingly. We routinely activate customers 30 minutes before Champions League kickoffs when the request comes in early enough.

Multi connection plans for larger households

The standard subscription plans above include a single active connection at any one time. That means you can watch on your main TV, or your phone, or your tablet, but not on two of them simultaneously. This works fine for most households because in practice the TV is on in one room while the phone or tablet is idle in another. However, if you have a family of four all wanting to watch different things at once, you need a multi connection plan.

Multi connection plans are available on request and priced fairly. A 2 connection plan is roughly 30% more than the single connection equivalent. A 3 connection plan is around 50% more. A 4 connection plan doubles the base price but still costs less than four separate subscriptions. Just mention on WhatsApp how many simultaneous devices you need and we will quote you a fair price. Reseller partners often bundle multi connection plans as a premium option for their own customers.

Refunds and what happens if you change your mind

Because IPTV subscriptions are an activated digital service that consume infrastructure immediately once switched on, our refund policy differs from a physical product. Activated subscriptions are non refundable, which is standard practice across the OTT industry. This is why we invest so much in offering both a free trial and a €5 premium trial. We want you to test everything properly before you subscribe.

However, if you experience a genuine service issue that we cannot resolve, we will always look for a fair solution. This might mean crediting extra time onto your subscription, upgrading you to a longer plan at no cost, or in exceptional cases issuing a partial refund.
